Modern Slavery Statement
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1), Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Theodorous Law Firm's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
Introduction

Theodorous Law Firm (Theodorous, 'we', 'our' or 'us') is committed to preventing any slavery and human trafficking violations in its operations, supply chain, and services. Theodorous has a zero-tolerance policy towards slavery and human trafficking and requires all who work with it to comply with these core values.

Our policy
Theodorous will not use or allow the use of forced, compulsory labour, slavery, servitude, or human trafficking in the course of its business. This includes sexual exploitation, securing services by force, threats or deception and securing services from children and vulnerable persons.
We do not act as a producer, manufacturer or retailer of physical goods and have no supply chains in relation to such activities.
Theodorous expects all of its suppliers to meet legal and ethical standards as a condition of doing business with us.
